JBR Snuff Green (Wintergreen) from Pöschl comes in a 10 g plastic tin with a practical slider opening.

For many snuff lovers, Pöschl is the ultimate brand: Gletscherpise, Gawith Original and Ozona Snuffs have earned the German manufacturer an excellent reputation.

The company has been producing snuff since 1902. The snuff is finely ground, slightly moist and medium brown in color.

Smell tests have not yet revealed a strong wintergreen aroma, while peppermint and menthol play a decisive role in the first impression.

Only when the JBR Green Snuff goes out does it become clear that there is nothing wrong with the name. At the beginning, clear menthol notes and a wonderful peppermint scent dominate, both of which caress the nose.

Perhaps this is intentional, because once the nose is clear, the rich notes of wintergreen come into play, blending harmoniously with the freshness of the fragrance. Barely any trace of tobacco, a hint of mint and a subtle hint of wintergreen remain on the finish.
