Refund policy

  1. Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

  2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Headshop GmbH, Zürcherstrasse 84, 8852 Altendorf, info@snustrend.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter).

  3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    • Snus and snuff tobacco, as they are perishable goods with a limited shelf life

    • E-cigarettes, vapes, and liquids whose seal has been removed after delivery

    • Goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed

    • Goods made to customer specifications

    • Other perishable goods or goods with a limited shelf life

  4. Consequences of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without delay. For the reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. You will bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
