Shipping to Switzerland: 1-3 working days after receipt of payment for the goods.
We will contact you immediately if there are any problems with the shipment.
Shipping & Insurance
We send your orders by Swiss Post. Your shipment is insured against loss or damage up to a value of CHF 500. You can find more information about Swiss Post insurance cover in the Swiss Post General Terms and Conditions for Postal Services (GTC).
Important: We accept no liability for lost, stolen or damaged parcels, as this is the responsibility of the postal service and is beyond our control. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we reserve the right to accommodate you in individual cases.
