What is snus – and what are nicotine pouches?
Snus is moist ground tobacco in small pouches (portions) that you place under your upper lip. It comes from Sweden, where tobacco was already used this way in the 18th century. Nicotine pouches (also called “All White” or tobacco-free snus) are used the same way but contain no tobacco – the nicotine is bound to plant fibres. In everyday language, both are often simply called “snus”.

Which formats are there?
Mini and Slim pouches are small and discreet, Large/Normal pouches are bigger and release more. For tobacco snus there is Original Portion (moist, more intense), White Portion (drier on the outside, drips less) and White Dry (especially dry). Heavy users can choose bulk formats such as the 500 g box.
