How much does it cost to participate?
Nothing. Participating in the TrendCoins program is free. You only need a customer account with Snustrend.
Where can I see my point balance?
Log in to your customer account and click on the TrendCoins button in the bottom right of the shop. There you can see your point balance, all rewards, and your referral link. After every order, you will also receive an email with your new balance.
How do I redeem TrendCoins?
Select the desired reward in the TrendCoins window. You will receive a discount code to enter at checkout. Generally, one discount code can be used per order.
Can I earn TrendCoins without a customer account?
TrendCoins are credited to your customer account. If you order with the same email address, they will be assigned to you – you can redeem them as soon as you are logged in.
Do my TrendCoins expire?
Currently, TrendCoins do not expire. Should this change, we will inform you in good time by email.
