At present, there is no nationwide sales ban on disposable vapes; the Council of States has approved a corresponding motion, but the Federal Council has yet to implement it. Yes. Snuff falls under the same legal definition of tobacco products as snus and cigarettes and is therefore also subject to the minimum age of 18 for sale.

Snus is a traditional Swedish product made from finely ground, moist tobacco that is placed in portions under the upper lip. Nicotine Pouches (e.g. VELO, ZYN) work the same way, but contain no tobacco – only nicotine, flavours, and fillers. In use and taste, both are very similar; Nicotine Pouches are generally considered odour-neutral.
