JBR Snuff Black from Pöschl comes in a 10g plastic tin with a practical sliding opening.

The company has been producing snuff since 1902. The snuff is finely ground, slightly moist and medium brown in color.

The base note is accompanied by the typical mint notes of JBR. On the nose, JBR Black shows what it is made of. And it does not have the usual scent: As with Pöschl, menthol predominates at first, but it is dosed relatively sparingly.

For a quick start of sweet vanilla accompanied by a hint of liquorice. There is also a subtle aroma of tonka bean that smells a little like almonds. Vanilla, a hint of liquorice and tonka bean create an intoxicating aroma that fades thanks to a hint of mint.
